Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and footwear is kept inside the original shoe box.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund.
